Whether you have been planning events for years or this is your first venture, it is a simple process that just requires one essential ingredient: Organization!
The first step to every good party is to plan (and dream) of the event in as much detail as possible. Then, make a list of the items you need to focus on - breaking them down into logical categories by date importance. We use a basic EXCEL spreadsheet to organize the event so that we can color code and get subcategories, if needed.
