Shipping Info: We ship through USPS and UPS. Rush orders can be sent by UPS Air.
Satisfaction Policy: We stand behind all our products and expect you'll be pleased with your purchases. We allow products to be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for full credit minus shipping charges. All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. All invitations and custom-printed stationery products are non-returnable. Food items are also non-returnable for safety reasons. Christmas holiday and related seasonal merchandise is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Shipping charges are not refundable at any time and any product returned for exchange should be sent at customer expense. Sales Tax: All sales shipped within California will be charged 9.75% sales tax on the total amount (including shipping). Orders shipped out-of-state are not assessed sales tax. |
